Refund Policy

Hookslides sells credits — a digital good delivered to your account instantly after purchase. A concise summary; adapt before any serious launch.

Failed generations are free. If a generation fails or is blocked, the credits are automatically returned to your balance — you’re only charged for images actually delivered.

Unused credits. If you bought a pack by mistake and haven’t used any of its credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Spent credits. Credits already used to generate images are non-refundable, since the generation cost has been incurred.
